By accessing or using ColdEmailDomains ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.
ColdEmailDomains provides a subscription-based service that allows users to browse and discover aged domain names. We provide information about domain availability, age, and email deliverability scores. We do not sell or register domains directly; users must purchase domains through third-party registrars.
Access to our domain database requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Each subscription includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are used to reveal domain names and roll over from month to month. Unused credits never expire, but an active subscription is required to access the application and use credits. Additional credits may be purchased separately and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments, including partial months, unused time, or any other reason. By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for any remaining time or previous payments.

Domain availability and characteristics may change at any time. Users should verify all information before purchasing domains from third-party registrars.
COLDEMAILDOMAINS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY IMPROVEMENT IN EMAIL DELIVERABILITY, REPLY RATES, BOUNCE RATES, INBOX PLACEMENT, OR ANY OTHER EMAIL MARKETING METRICS. Statistics and performance claims displayed on our website (such as reply rates, domain lifespan, or bounce rate improvements) are based on customer-reported results and individual experiences may vary significantly.
Email deliverability depends on many factors beyond domain age, including but not limited to: email content, sending practices, IP reputation, authentication setup, recipient engagement, and email service provider policies. We provide aged domains as one potential tool in your email infrastructure, but success is not guaranteed and depends on proper implementation and compliance with email best practices.

All content, features, functionality, data, and intellectual property of the Service are the exclusive property of Receptive Marketing Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RECEPTIVE MARKETING INC. MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICE.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL RECEPTIVE MARKETING INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
